What are bitters?
Bitters are an infusion of high-proof alcohol plus herbs, roots, barks, fruit, spices, and flowers. At least one of the botanicals must taste bitter. They're often added to beverages in drops and dashes to bring balance, complexity, or flavor.
Do bitters have alcohol?
Yes. Most bitters contain alcohol unless they explicitly state otherwise. FreeWildShe Bitters contain alcohol because it's used to extract and preserve the botanicals. Bitters are typically added in just a few dashes at a time, so the alcohol content in the final drink is very low. However, the drink is not completely alcohol-free.
What are your best-selling products?
Cherry Sarsaparilla is our bestselling bitters flavor, followed by Cardamom and Chamomile Vanilla. Cardamom Rose Green heads up the tea assortment, followed by Madame Noir Black and Hygge Herbal.

Do you offer samples?

How do you use bitters?
Add a few dashes to cocktails, sparkling water, tonic, or spirit-free drinks. Different flavors pair with different ingredients, and you can adjust the amount to your taste.
