Ingredient Sourcing
Where does FreeWildShe source ingredients?
We take sourcing seriously. The botanicals that go into a product shape everything that comes out of it. Our primary ingredient partner is a certified sustainability leader known for organic, fair-trade herbs and deep relationships with their growers.

The rest are grown or foraged locally in Oregon, including from our own tea garden in McMinnville. (Yes, we hand-process our own lavender buds. It’s a whole thing.) Fresh fruit like cherries, strawberries, marionberries, and rhubarb come from our partner family farms, each located within ten miles of our production kitchen.
We only use ingredients we trust and never those tied to unethical harvesting. From farm to blend, every ingredient reflects our commitment to thoughtful sourcing, flavor integrity, and care you can taste.

What are bitters?
Bitters are an infusion of high-proof alcohol plus herbs, roots, barks, fruit, spices, and flowers. At least one of those botanicals must taste bitters. They're often added to beverages in drops and dashes to bring balance, complexity, or flavor.
