Cardamom Coconut Cloud: A Non-Alcoholic Tea Cocktail Recipe
A cloud-like NA drink for moments of delight, featuring Cardamom Rose Green Tea
There’s something joyful about making a beautiful drink as a small ritual. Familiar. Comforting. And open to a little curiosity.
I created the Cardamom Coconut Cloud as an invitation to get a little more creative with tea. Especially during Dry January, or anytime you’re refraining from alcohol but still want something that feels intentional and special. This isn’t about replacement. It’s about delight.
At the heart of this drink is Cardamom Rose Green Tea (my personal favorite and our best-selling tea for a reason). It’s gently floral, softly spiced, and incredibly grounding. When paired with vanilla bean syrup, coconut sparkling water, and a cloud of whipped coconut milk, it transforms into something creamy, aromatic, and quietly luxurious.
What I love most about tea-based cocktails and spritzers is how naturally they invite ease. Tea already carries depth, warmth, and nuance. It doesn’t need much help to shine. This drink feels cozy and comforting, yet light enough to sip slowly in the afternoon.
The Cardamom Coconut Cloud is proof that non-alcoholic drinks can feel layered and celebratory without trying too hard. It’s a reminder that pleasure doesn’t have to be loud, and rituals don’t need rules.

Cardamom Coconut Cloud
An easy, non-alcoholic tea spritzer
makes: 1 cocktail
1/2 tsp Cardamom Rose Green Tea
4 oz water
1/2 oz vanilla bean syrup*
2 oz coconut sparkling water
2 oz coconut milk
Make Cardamom Rose Green Tea by steeping 1/2 tsp loose tea with 4 oz of just boiled water. Steep 15 minutes. Strain into a clean jar and chill. When tea has cooled, whip coconut milk with electric frother until light and foamy. To build the drink, fill a Collins glass with ice. Add prepared Cardamom Rose Green Tea and vanilla bean syrup. Mix with straw or spoon. Add sparkling coconut water, leaving about an inch of space. Top with whipped coconut and enjoy.
*VANILLA BEAN SYRUP
Split 1/4 of a vanilla bean, scrape out the seeds, and add the seeds & bean pod to a small saucepan. Add 1/4 c sugar and 1/4 c water. Then heat until sugar is dissolved. Let steep at least 15 minutes or until cool. Strain into a clean jar and chill.

If you’re looking for a non-alcoholic green tea spritzer that feels just as thoughtful as a cocktail, this one’s for you. Make it once… and I have a feeling it’ll become part of your rotation too.
