Broken Top cocktails
Have you heard the good news? Cascade Spirits is re-launching their Broken Top Whiskey line! You may have heard of some of their other lines like Wild Roots, Sun Ranch, Good Tide and Cascade Street.
To celebrate, I mixed up some cocktails with a few of my favorites. I hope you enjoy!
au pear
1 1/2 oz Broken Top Rye Whiskey
1 oz Wild Roots Pear Vodka
15 drops FreeWildShe Chamomile Vanilla Bitters
lemon wheel
Add whiskey & vodka to an ice filled glass and stir. Top with bitters & lemon wheel.
Coastal snowbird
1 oz Broken Top Bourbon Whiskey
1/2 oz Wild Roots Cranberry Vodka
1/4 oz bourbon barrel aged maple syrup
10 drops FreeWildShe Orange Bitters
sliced cranberries
sprig of doug fir
Stir the bourbon, vodka & maple syrup over ice. Add bitters and top with sliced cranberries & a sprig of doug fir.
