We offer a 10-day full refund on all items except custom macrame pieces. 

    • Items must be unopened and unmarked.
    • Items must be in original condition.
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
    • Refunds will be issued to original form of payment upon receipt of the item.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us immediately with any concerns.

    • TEA & BITTERS ship within 1-2 business days.
    • MACRAME pieces are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks from order to shipping.
    • We are currently only shipping within the United States.
    • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking info once items are ready to ship.
    • We have no control over mail carrier delays or delivery issues.

Payment

Payment is accepted through Square. We do not have access to or retain any debit or credit card information.
