Honey Pie | Fall Bourbon Cocktail Recipe with Chamomile Vanilla Bitters

Celebrate apple season with this cozy cocktail made brighter by Chamomile Vanilla Bitters

When the air turns crips and apple start showing up at every market stand, there’s nothing better than mixing up a cocktail that feels like fall in a glass. The Honey Pie does just that. With warming bourbon, a swirl of cinnamon honey syrup, sparkling apple cider, and a few dashes of Chamomile Vanilla Bitters, this cocktail is as comforting as pulling on your favorite sweater.

Chamomile Vanilla Bitters bring a smooth, calming note that ties the whole drink together. The chamomile keeps things soft and floral, while vanilla adds just enough roundness to balance the bourbon’s bite. Add apple cider bubbles and suddenly you have a cocktail that works just as well for a festive dinner party as it does for a quiet evening wind-down.

What I love about this recipe is its versatility. Hosting friends? Serve Honey Pie in tall glasses with thin apples slices for garnish. Everyone will feel like they’re sipping something special. Want a personal treat after work? Stir one up, curl into the couch, and let the spices remind you that slowing down is part of the season’s charm.

This cocktail is also a reminder that creativity in the glass doesn’t have to be complicated. Just a few thoughtful ingredients—bourbon, honey, cider, bitters—can become something delightful. The Chamomile Vanilla Bitters are what elevates it from “nice drink” to “cozy fall ritual”.
