Hearth Winter Cocktail Recipe
A fireside whiskey cocktail with Barrel Aged Aromatic Bitters
When the days turn cold and the light fades early, evenings start to ask for something slower. Something warm that invites us to soften, exhale, and settle into our space again. The Hearth Cocktail was made for just that. Quite winter moments for reconnecting with yourself and for adding a touch of delight to your everyday.
This recipe layers whiskey with a splash of amaretto to bring out deep warmth and round sweetness. The cinnamon brown sugar syrup adds cozy bakery charm, the kind that makes the room feel instantly more welcoming. And the Barrel Aged Aromatic Bitters tie it all together with notes of dark fruit, baking spice, a little vanilla, and a whisper of smoke. It tastes like winter evenings by the fire. Soft light, music humming in the background, blankets gathered close. A quiet moment to feel grounded and at home in yourself.
Make it just for you as nighttime ritual. Or pour it for friends and watch their eyes light up after the first sip. Either way, Hearth is a reminder that flavor can be a form of care. Tiny, intentional moments count. Let your glass become part of that ritual.
Set the mood with soft lighting, garnish with a cinnamon stick, and let your day unfold at it’s own pace. Sip slowly and find the beauty that winter’s been holding for you.
