Sunny weather has me craving bright, refreshing cocktails. This is definitely a fav.

Fun fact… this was the first cocktail ever made with FreeWildShe bitters. Created by Chef Amy.

TORANJA WEST

Fill a glass with ice

Fill 2/3 with Rosè

Fill 1/3 with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

Add a few drops ginger simple syrup

Top with Grapefruit Bitters to taste

Garnish with candied ginger
