HARE IN THE WOODS

with cEDAR & SAGE bitters

stir over ice

1 oz gin

1 oz Cocchi Americano

1 oz fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice

pour into an ice-filled rocks glass

and top with

2 droppers Cedar & Sage Bitters

grapefruit seltzer

garnish with a grapefruit slice

& sage leaves
